Freight is the purchasing vendor's responsibility unless a listing specifically includes free freight. Shipping is calculated by order size, weight, and delivery destination, and ships via commercial freight carrier or ground service depending on volume. For large or recurring team and league orders, freight terms can be negotiated separately — ask when you request your quote.

Inspect your shipment as soon as it arrives. Any visible damage needs to be noted with the carrier at the time of delivery — Cleat Warehouse isn't responsible for carrier delays once freight has been released. If you receive a manufacturer defect, an incorrect product, or an order discrepancy, notify us within 5 business days of delivery; once verified, we'll offer a replacement or an exchange for the correct item.

Wholesale orders are final sale — we don't accept standard returns. The exception is defective, incorrect, or mismatched items reported within 5 business days of delivery: those qualify for a replacement or exchange once verified, provided items are unworn and in original packaging. We reserve the right to inspect and verify claims before approving them.
